Your S.O.E score (0–100) is calculated using four components. This multi-prong approach rewards both what you do and how well you can prove it.

How much of your base score is backed by approved documents or peer endorsements.
AI-extracted real metrics from your documents (kWh, m³, km) replace estimates.
Score reduces if your data is stale. Update your assessment to maintain full score.
The multiplier scales from 0.5× (self-reported only) to 1.0× (fully verified). Upload documents and get peer endorsements to unlock your full score potential.

When you upload a document, our AI parser extracts real numbers (kWh, m³, km, kg CO₂). These replace questionnaire estimates with verified real-world data, adding up to +10 points. The document is deleted after parsing for privacy.

Sustainability is an ongoing commitment. Your score reflects how current your data is. The freshness factor is applied daily by an automated job.

"Activity" = completing or updating your assessment, or uploading a verified document. Score never drops below 70% of your base score due to freshness alone.
